1 Corinthians 6.14: God both raised up up the Lord Jesus, and will also raise us up by His power.How can I get to know Jesus?

If you have reached this page, I assume you are at least vaguely interested in getting to know Jesus. Believe or not, asking him into your life is a simple thing to do, once you have made the decision that you want to know him. He will welcome you with open arms!

If you want to get to know Jesus, or want to start getting to know what he's like, and how he has changed other people's lives, the following suggestions may come in useful:

Talk to Christian friends or family you may know, and tell them you want to know Jesus, or contact me, waiting@fish.co.uk
Go to a local vibrant church
Go to www.norwichyfc.co.uk, (Norwich Youth For Christ) and register as a user and start chatting to people; not everyone on there is a Christian so don't be scared!!
Pray to Jesus; if you truly want to know him he will answer. It will be more encouraging if you pray with a Christian that you know, but if you pray on your own God will still listen, and answer. Pray something like this:

"Lord Jesus, I acknowledge I have sinned, and I am truly sorry. I repent of all my sins. I thank you that you gave your son Jesus to die for me, so that I may have eternal life. Come into my life, cleanse me by your Spirit, purify my heart. Let me live for You!"
