Those of you lucky enough to know me, Ben and Sam will be very knowledgable of our numerous phrases, some of which are listed here, in my particular order of preference. Some are old, some are under-used, but all are pathetic, and therefore (in our eyes) worthy of laughter. Behold.

Ben finds it highly amusing to yell this loudly wheneva he answers his mobile. As do I, come to that.
